I have been banging my head against the wall for days trying to a.) figure out
what's wrong with my SLX installations and b.) get a hold of someone from Sage
(saleslogix) to get some help. Thanks to your work around... life is good

If I am not mistaken this is just the original Timezone Registry key before the
update was applied correct? If this is the case how are you going to account for
the three week grey period of being an hour behind starting Mar 11?

You are correct, this is just the original TimeZone key from before the update
was applied. I put it up there because when you uninstall the hotfix it leaves
the old registry keys behind.
As far as the grey period, you have to upgrade
to either Service Pack 6 or Version 7 of SalesLogix where they have fixed this
issue.
This was only meant as a fix for saleslogix not running at all after
you apply the hotfix. This was just to buy you some time to update or upgrade

I did answer it above. It is the original TimeZone Key from before the update.

As far as the grey period.. this fix is simply intended to give you time to
upgrade to SalesLogix 6.2 SP6 or SalesLogix 7.01 which resolves the
incompatibilities with the patch. The reg file is safe up until that date.
