I hate when you try to remote into help some one and they are not at their desk.
This er... hack will allow you to take control of users computers without asking for permission.
I figured out one line but needed help from Lewis Roberts for the other change.
You must be a member of the remote helpers group, you can add this via Group Policy.

Step 1

Edit C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\system\Remote Assistance\helpeeaccept.htm
This set of strings start around line 156

Find the lines that looks like this:
btnAccept.disabled = false;
btnDecline.disabled = false;
btnDecline.focus();

and change to this:
btnAccept.disabled = false;
btnDecline.disabled = false;
btnDecline.focus();
DoAccept();

Step 2

Then Edit C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\system\Remote Assistance\Interaction\Server\TakeControlMsgs.htm
This string starts around line 44

Find the line that looks like this:
<BODY id="idBody" class="sys-inlineform-bgcolor1" onload=InitiateMsg()>

and change it to this:
<BODY id="idBody" class="sys-inlineform-bgcolor1" onload=InitiateMsg();onClickHandler(0);>

Step 3

Copy the files to the machine (to their respective directories)you want to remote control!
Or, use the lazyNetworkAdmins file copy script!

1. Remote Assistance must be turned on.
2. You must be a Remote User on the target machine.

How can I send a Ctrl+Alt+Del signal to the Remote computer when It is locked?

Normally you cannot, this is a security setting.
You could user Tight VNC if
you really wanted to!

Thank you for this - The path does not exist in Vista - any chance there is a
similar change for Vista?
